A community information session will be held on February 13 at the Old Library on Park Lane, Braidwood from 6pm to 8pm.
The plan is part of Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council's 'Beefing up Braidwood' project that seeks to assist drought-affected farmers manage weed issues.
The project is funded by the federal government and includes the development of a local weed management plan.
The plan aims to define priority agricultural assets, priority weeds that pose an economic impact on those assets and appropriate weed management actions.
The draft plan is open for community comment until Monday, February 24.
