Alex Rea Truffle Central at Braidwood Central School over the weekend was a terrific success. Saturday was buzzing in the school gymnasium and hall as the Farmers Market joined the day and students cooked up some treats in the kitchen with Chef Christian Hauberg who had organised and helped with the recipes - truffle egg rolls, chestnut and vichyssoise soups with extra truffle, Portuguese tarts and truffle popcorn were on the menu.
