Nought marks John Barilaro. The previous council’s decision to zone the Western Rural Residential as E4, remains as sound now, as it was originally. It was made from a solid senior staff recommendation, based on experience, local knowledge and professionalism, with the best interests of relevant stakeholders considered and respected. From memory, the vote was carried unanimously, (easily checked), by a council that well knew its responsibility and what it was doing.
