In future the market will be held on the first and third Saturdays of the month at the National Theatre from 8am – 12.30pm, unless the venue is unavailable on that day.
For the remainder of 2014 the market will be open for business on the following days; Saturday 20 September, Saturday 11 October, Saturday 25 October, Saturday 1 November, Saturday 15 November, Saturday 6 December, and Saturday 20 December (Christmas Farmers' Market Day).
As we move through spring and summer we will have increased volume and variety of locally and regionally grown nutritious produce available at the market. It is anticipated that the number of stallholders will increase to in excess of 25. The range of produce available will include meat, lamb, goat, poultry, fresh seafood, eggs, fruit, vegetables, honey, wine, bread, olive oil, lavender products, cider, plants and seedlings.
