The Fete Committee convened several months ago however planning for the day picked up over the last three months under the guidance of Janine Hindmarsh and Kelly Bunn. The day was a real success with a huge turn out from the Braidwood community and not just the school families.
The Fete had the feel of a traditional school event with face painting, sugary treats, baked goodies and the compulsory white elephant and plant stalls. There was a dance display by the local children from the Braidwood Dance Studio, merry-go-round, jumping castles, pony rides and horse & carriage rides.
St Bede's School would like to thanks all those that contributed to the success of the day by attending, donating goods for the various raffles, giving time to assist at a stall or even helping out with the rather shy cow in the now famous 'Cow Pat Bingo'.
