Golf club News

General Business: As members involvement in the maintenance of the Course continues it is necessary to hold training days for specific equipment: the fairway/rough mower, surrounds mower and the other ride-on mower. The first is scheduled for Tuesday October 7th. Any member who intends to help with these particular pieces of equipment needs to have their name noted by the Club so please contact Michelle Griggs on 48422108. 

Weather permitting, a greens coring day is intended on Monday October 13th; MANY hands needed for that one so please note it on the calendar now! 

Rob Martin presented an update on Marketing and Promotions to the Committee on Saturday. Posters and brochures are now available for distribution and as Spring and Summer increase the numbers playing golf the activities of the committee will increase as well. There is currently a $99 special membership offer for the remainder of 2014 which has already had a number of takers.
