QPRC calls for nominations for local women to attend a Women's Health Week lunch

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (QPRC) is pleased to present ‘First Served’, a Women’s Health Week luncheon in Braidwood. To be able to participate in this special occasion, we would like the community to nominate a woman in their life who deserves to put themselves first. This event is taking place at Braidwood Theatre, 100 Wallace Street, Braidwood on Monday 3 September 2018 at 11:00am – 1:30pm

Putting the wellbeing of others ahead of their own is something many women do without realising. The annual Women’s Health Week, 3 – 7 September 2018, is a time to invest in themselves and make good health a priority.  QPRC is committed to supporting the national campaign and acknowledges the importance of health and wellbeing for all women throughout their lives.

We would like to identify those women who are strong community leaders within our region. Women will be stimulated by the honesty and humor of MC Melanie Greenhalgh, inspired by guest panelists, nourished by a beautiful meal prepared by Jenni Gough of A Foragers Heart and connect to other strong women in our community.

Please forward all nominations to Kyla.Harvey@qprc.nsw.gov.au

Nominations close 3rd August 2018 and successful nominations will be notified on Thursday 9th August 2018 .
