The seventh-generation local, alongside her horse, Puzzle, were recently named in the NSW Under 16 Junior Girls team, which will take part in the Australian Polocrosse Championships at Ballarat.
The championships will take place from March 30 to April 5, 2020.
Though they are still some time away, Maxyne has also been given an ideal opportunity to prepare for the nationals.
The 15-year-old was also recently selected to be the female recipient of the NSW and New Zealand Junior Exchange program, which will take place in January 2020.
This will see her travel to New Zealand and stay with a host family, who will supply a horse and transport for up to four weekend polocrosse carnivals, at which Maxyne will bear her host family's colours.
She will also take part in a three-day polocrosse coaching clinic with the New Zealand juniors and intermediates, with whom she will later play in competition.
Maxyne and Puzzle have also nominated for the NSW Junior Girls team, which will take part in the Barastoc competition to take place in Warwick, QLD, in May 2020. She has also nominated for the Landmark Junior Challenge at Narrabri in July.
The youngster's numerous representative honours have come as a result of her strong form.
Having played the sport for 12 years, Maxyne has made her way through the sub-junior, junior, mixed and open competitions..
Participation in high-level events is, however, expensive, and Maxyne is seeking support and sponsorship from the local community.
There will be a monster raffle and monster garage sale held in February 2020 to help raise funds, and any sponsors who want to show their support will have their advertising displayed on her transport.
